It's time for our yearly club elections for the Spartan Spirit Innovation Club. The club has three main positions with an additional optional fourth position. The positions and their duties are as follows:
- President
- - The duties of this office shall be to preside at all meetings and to oversee the operations of the club.
- Vice President
- - The duties of this office shall be to preside at regular meetings in the absence of the President, and to assume the duties of the Chair if he/she cannot fulfill the term of office.
- Secretary
- - The duties of this office shall be to take minutes at the regular meetings to make these minutes available to the full membership. The Secretary shall have general charge of the records of the club.
- Treasurer
- - The duties of this office shall be to manage and raise funds for club activities and material
If you or someone you know is interested in running for one of these offices, please reply to this email. Applications will be cut off on September 29th with our election meeting to be held in the Boyette Building Room 128 from 11:30 to 12:30 PM.
For those unable to attend, absentee ballots can be made available upon request.
