• Choose films that include Public Performance Rights (see list of titles available in the JSCC Library below)
• Choose films or videos that are in the public domain
• Faculty are permitted to transmit only a lawfully made film to distance learning/hybrid students who are enrolled in the class (in the same spirit as seated classes)
• Authority: Section 110 of the copyright law.
